Original Comment Investigation required! Being an unfortunate customer for over 4 years, the service is sub-standard, bordering on fraud and misrepresentation. Rather than just complain in here folks, DOCUMENT DOCUMENT DOCUMENT and take this to your local State Attorney General as well as FCC and demand an investigation. Pull their right to misrepresent and shut them down! Simple as that! I am doing that now and will follow up with due diligence to make sure that Corporate is shaken!
