Original Comment We reserved a car at the Boston airport.....were told the pick up was "on site" at the airport. Not so, had to take a bus to get there (my husband is handicapped, so boarding the bus was NOT easy). When we got to the counter, they said we had cancelled our reservation (which we did NOT and I have the confirmation e-mail to prove it)! I then asked if they had any cars available and was told no, they did not. Thank God for Budget car rentals. BUT we ended up paying a hundred and ten dollars more than we originally thought we were going to pay. NEVER AGAIN, DOLLAR.....you've managed to lose another unhappy customer!
