I was just searching for IncrediMail's corporate office address so I could file a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau - lol - they're in Israel!! No wonder they don't give a rat's ___!<br /> <br /> I, too, paid for their lifetime membership - for Premium, Gold and something else. bought a new computer and lifetime must have a different definition there - they only allowed me to access drop box - and it won't install properly. Wasting time with one guy for a week now, done everything but stand on my head. Their program isn't stable - keeps asking me to install it - when it's already installed - then wiped out all of my emails.<br /> <br /> I'd avoid this company like the plague.
