VERY POOR Customer servie and a total lack of respect for their customers. I have had a cable runnign from my house to the neightbors since Feb 2013. When I agreed to let them do this, I was promised the cable would be buried in the spring. Spring has come and gone and the cable is still there (6 months now). Multiple calls and emails and nothing but a run around from the company. In addition to having to navigate around their cable when mowing adn working in the yard, an injury has occurred and no one at centurylink can provide ana email to file a claim. AT least I have had no response to my request. Just a phone number where I have been on hold for over 1/2 hour each try.<br /> <br /> Very disappointed in their lack of concern for the safety of their customers.
