Original Comment I am so upset with your company at this time. My son signed up for a one month membership and is now charged for another month. He is going to USMC boot camp in one week and was under the impression of only one month. He nor I did not see an renewal button and now we are being charged again. As I spoke with customer service, a lady named June, it was not a pleasant conversation. She was abrupt and not sensitive to our request. I wold like to speak to someone about getting his money back for this month. Very disappointed that a company is run like this..I am ready to file a suit with my family lawyer over this. I will never recommend this company to any one.
