Original Comment My financee bought a Lexus car a few months back in Dallas Tx. they never even bothered to give him 2 remotes (keys) to his car. Then he takes his car for an oil change to a mechanic and the dumb mechanic looses the one remote he did have...now the car had to be towed and is at the lexus dealership for 2 weeks now getting 2 new keys reprogrammed to the car. He is now suing the mechanics for negliance and this has cause both of us aggravation since he doesn't have his car. I will never buy a Lexus anywhere since they're too cheap to give 2 keys to a customer in the first place.
