You changed the security questions and now I can't log in. You're tech was more interested in getting more info than necessary then helping. I have read you are difficult to manage online and thru tech support. Sad but true

netgear tore my laptop up and it wont come back on then sayed they were not going to help me get it fixed that it was my problem to fix it i paid net gear to help me not tear my laptop up then tell me they did not care my laptop does not come on now since netgear done wirless remote on my system
