Original Comment I was very disappointed in the condition of the store in Pasadena, Texas. I walked in to do some Christmas shopping. Clothes were everywhere. On the floors in piles, shoved on the shelves. There was no way I was going to shop like that. I myself had been in retail and never have I seen such a mess. I walked out after about 10 minutes. Where is the manager in this store. He or she should be fired. No excuse at all. Messy I could understand but this was trashed.
