This company is the Rubik's cube of non-information. I own a Motorola phone purchased two years ago (L512B.) For no apparent reason when I tried to make a call "NOT POSSIBLE" was displayed. I have spent two hours bushwacking through a maze of wrong sites and automated voice messages. I have concluded that the product was predetermined to last exactly two years and has expired.
