Original Comment BEWARE! Dollar Rent A Car added a fee for "Loss Damage" despite being told not to add any additional coverage. Our insurance company and our credit card company covers us. The charge was "hidden" in the long list of information on the receipt which was on a small device similar to a smart phone. We checked into the airport late at night with a small child and even if we wanted to read the contract, we would not have been able to until it was signed. We did not notice the additional charge of almost $200 until we got our credit card bill. Despite trying to work with Dollar, we are being charged this fee that we SPECIFICALLY declined. Dollar's reasoning is that we should have notified them before turning in the car. Very poor business to work with. Will NEVER use them again and have spread the word to others BEWARE.
