I agree with the comments. After hours spent .; they insisted on trying this on 'another' non-existent computer! They could not help -- they want you to buy a huge policy &amp;; and frankly/ after all of the troubleshooting-- it didn't work. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> its a scam&amp;;and we'll never buy Belkin again. We'll get the Netgear also!
