I am a regular Dollar General customer... I live in Wake Forest, N.C. I go to<br /> <br /> That store frequently.( this store really needs to be straightened up, but<br /> <br /> With some of the customers they have, it is hard to keep straight) I also<br /> <br /> Go to Dollar a General in Rolesville, N.C. Spoke with the manager and<br /> <br /> One employee store is always straight and they are very friendly.<br /> <br /> Now for my complaint! Was in the D.G. In Franklinton, N.C.( my mother-<br /> <br /> In-Law lives there) in conversation with the 2 employees they said they<br /> <br /> Had a new manager and one of his rules, they were not suppose to talk<br /> <br /> With customers, his reason, less conversation could get the customers<br /> <br /> In and out faster....:( this is a small town everyone knows everyone<br /> <br /> And I think this is the mist absurd rule I have ever heard.<br /> <br /> I worked with the public for over 30 years and good customer service<br /> <br /> Is what keeps people coming back.... If I am in that store again, I am<br /> <br /> Going to talk with the manager ,if he is there, I will let him know how I<br /> <br /> Feel about this...
