Original Comment My son had a once in a lifetime opportunity in Iceland. I booked the trip in December,paid for it. Made a slight change and paid $275 for that too. (3)..yes Three days before his flight, he was double booked. Expedia blamed U.S Air, blamed Iceland Air and me, for changing the trip. From Tuesday (hours on the phone daily/ and evening to Thursday night (Corporate Office by then).. Absolutely nothing was changed,no return phone call as promised (Corporate Office). I booked another flight less than 24 hours before departure. NEVER WOULD I USE EXPEDIA .. AND HAVE MADE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS THAT!... Classless, lack of compassion, ethics and any knowledge. You should all be ashamed of yourselves!...
