Original Comment Comfort Inn in Chattanooga Tn, Triple A 3 diamond... Place was filthy, food left in freezer, sheets on pull out couch, moldy coffee grounds in pot, states a hot tub.. no hot tub, checked out early, came back to room after breakfast to gather the rest of our things, housecleaning was already in room bagging my purse, and jackets up, which she never should have touched, she said it was your policy to clean up right away, obviously she lied and it was also quite obvious the room was not empty, however,she took the tip already! this was 08:45, when I voiced my disagreement with the front desk,she wanted to know who I was mad at...I already complained to AAA, will not be staying at a Comfort Inn again and I feel I should be reimbursed as you did not do your job and you lied, the hot tub info is still in the AAA book
