Original Comment This is the second time I have had to call AMEX about getting mail solicitation's sent to my home with the name of the County Collector's Office Yes the County Collectors office a government agency on them,<br /> I speak to one person at OPEN and they transfer me to the Philippines or India and when I want a person in the US they transfer me have tried to say they are in Canada.<br /> I will be sending this to the county and await a reply.
