Original Comment I have been trying to get a script for weeks and after I spoke to managed care and obtained an auth for my bp meds and verified with customer care it was received and would be shipped, only to find out there was another drug that will be sent. This is not the drug the auth was for and my bp med does not have a generic substitute. I was on the phone for 40 minutes with 4 different reps only to be told to call on Monday that there was no one there that could help. this is a real piss poor way to run a business.
