By far the worst customer service & will NEVER buy anything from fry's ever again. Tv is cutting off after only a year. I bought a two year warranty on the tv. Went to the store to schedule an appointment with their in home service for a service technician to come out & fix the tv. Their home service called me & advised their technician would be calling me on Sunday of that week between the times of 5pm-7pm to let me know what time they would come to my house on Monday. No one ever called or came by. Called them back and they stated that technician quit. No one ever called to let me know or reschedule. I had to call them to find this out. They rescheduled for a technician to call me on Wednesday between the times of 5-7pm to let me know what time they would come to my house Thursday. Left a voicemail with the manager there to let him know about their horrible service. He never called me either. Once again a technician never called. I called & spoke to the store's customer service who told me to call their home service again. I told the store their home service has failed at keeping their word & following through with what they stated they were going to do. He insisted to just call them again. Called back the store & asked to speak to a manager the person took down my info & stated she would have a manager call me back. Manager never called someone from customer service did saying the same thing to call their home service. Called back to advise that person who called me that I'm not getting any where with their home service. He stated he would get a hold of them to let them know what is going on. The technician finally called but at 8:45 at night! He came out the next day looked at the t.v. & said he has to order a part that will take 5-7 business days to come in so I still would have to wait even longer. Was called the following week to let me know the parts were in. Due to their service technician that quit they cannot have someone come out until two weeks. Spoke to Kim at corporate who said she would have the store manager call me so she was just as unhelpful & caring as the store & home service. Wish I bought my tv some where else. To spend so much money on a t.v. & insurance this was such a waste. Waiting a whole month to have my t.v. Fixed so I can not watch my t.v. As it cuts off every 5 mins. Get your electronics from any where but here. They could care less about their customers.
