Original Comment I used to love the Burlington coat factory in Joliet Illinois I shopped there alot. Well today 8/1/14 me my husband and our children were shopping my daughter who has cerebral palsy and seizures went through a bare spot in a set of racks me and my husband scolded her yet one of the employees felt it necessary to tell my daughter in a snotty voice she couldn't do that. My daughter began to get sad and upset so I told the employee she didn't have to speak to her that way. Then she told me I should do a better job watching my children even though my children were never unattended. So I went to speak to her boss who yet stuck up for the employee called me and my husband and my daughter liars and brushed us off as if we were nothing. People like this shouldn't be allowed to work around people let alone children I left very unsatisfied and very upset. Made me not want to shop there ever again.
