I joined Cigna in January 2014. Since that time I have been attempting to find a doctor to perform eye surgery. I have been given different information each time I talk to someone in "customer service". At one point I was sent 8 pages, more than 100 names of physicians, who they suggested I call to see if they did the procedure. Then 8 months later, just when I thought I had things figured out I was told yet another story. I am afraid I will lose the sight in one eye before Cigna helps me. Guess I'll have to pay myself, but then what the hell is Cigna insurance good for?? FRUSTRATING and POOR customer service. How Cigna got a 4.5 star rating is beyond me.
