Original Comment I purchased a computer at Fry's and a service contract. The computer was not working properly. Brought in to the service department, they kept it for almost 2 weeks and did not fix the problem. We were so frustrated by the attitude of the service people that we brought it home and thought we could live with the problem of a computer that types by itself. I think we have a sticky key, but the service department was more concerned about whether it was covered or not. This morning we have to bring it in again because there are new problems with the computer. The computer is making a squealing sound and will not connect. It is not usable and systematically breaking down. I have spent thousands of dollars at Fry's in the past 6 months. I will not purchase another thing at this chain. The employees are all clueless. Each person has their own territory and will not help if you need something in another department. The biggest joke is the computer service department. Do you hire qualified individuals? I intend to tell everyone I know not to do business with Fry's. DO NOT SHOP AT FRY'S ELECTRONICS!
