Original Comment I had a huge wait time today...only to find out that the router that I bought from them and was replaced a yr. ago with a much cheaper device is now obsolete and does not work. It worked for 8 mos. and I have had problems with it from get go. Casey was not helpful at all then when I wanted to speak to supervisor he just left me there on the phone. I will never purchase from Belkin again, they just want you to buy their support which is non existant!
