Original Comment I will never purchase anything from Ashley Furniture!!! Made a purchase on March 2014. A king bedroom set that my wife and really fell in love with. Months later the Alice cove mattress and box spring make squesky noises. I have made calls to customer service to request a service call. Once service call was made I was told nothing was wrong? I am suppose to spend $4000 dollars and accept sleeping on a mattress and box spring that are defective and uncomfortable? what would you do? I am writing this to get someone in an authority postion to assist in getting this resolved. I will continue to write letters and post my ordeal with Ashley Furniture until this is fixed. Did also recently find out that the Alice cove mattress is discountied? wonder why? Need help now!!!
