I have not received any responses to my ,12,telephone calls nor been able to communicate with Adobe customer Service online. Apparently, Adobe does not want customers to cancel their service. However, I was charged for a service I did not receive, Adobe PDF, that did not download to my computer. the contract number <br /> <br /> I have contacted my credit card company to challenge the charge, and have written a letter to the Corporate Office. I only want the charge removed/reversed.
