Original Comment Overbilling my 70 year old mother since her first bill..tech who connected her service collected 70 in cash from my mother gave her no receipts.when I called him about this he said mediacom would email one for the cod.still haven't,still no credit for this on her account.her monthly bill is supposed to start at 99.95 a month for a year plus taxes and fees, yet her bill has been over 300.00 monthly.Stating she has a delinquent balance of over 150.00 ?I hate math and I can see That it's incorrect,I have called many times and emailed,to no avail..here is what I know. overcharging for services delivered for other then advertised is FRAUD! And charging my elderly mother too much monthly is EXTORTION and ELDERLY ABUSE.I wonder how many ppl just pay the bills w/o question? just because the statement says that's what it is..
