Original Comment Hi my name Shane Grinnell, Captain of the Elsie Area Fire Department. I have a great story of how well built Dodge trucks area. Attached is some photos of this fire truck. It was built in Detroit, by General Fire truck factory, in service in Elsie Michigan, then sent up north to another department then passed around to private collectors, then sold back to the Elsie fire dept. We are looking for Sponsors to restore this communitys truck, not that its back &quot;home&quot; After restoration it will be used for parades, and put on display in a &quot;garage sized display&quot; case in the center of our town.
