Hello, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I Am Writing To You To Express My Extreme Disappointment And Frustration With The Service I Have Received In One Of Your Stores, I Ordered A Pair Of Glasses That Cost Almost $800. First Time They Were Defective, Frame Was Fried On One Side, Had White Spots Around A Screw. Another Frame Was Ordered, Two Weeks Later I Was Called To Come To The Store And Get Replacement. The Replacement Was No Better, Had Discolorations On The Handle And White Spot Again. No One Cared To Expect The Frames Before A Was Called, Even Though The Quality Was An Issue First Time Aroud. I Had To Take My Time On The Weekend To Travel From Windsor Ontario, To Get To The Store, To Learn It Was Wrong Again. Definitely I Had A Beeter Image Of The Company. But That Is Not All !!!!! Today I Called The Store Manager, And She Had Offered Me $50.00 Discount To Compensate Me For Gas. I Expected Much Better Than This. At This Point I Am Requestin A Full Refund, And An Apology. I Trully Hope The Lesson In Diligence And Customrer Service Should Be Learned. I And My Spouse Have Been Loyal Customers For Many Years, But Not Amy More. I Hope To Hear From You Soon.
