Original Comment Like so many others, I have been a very loyal, long-term client of QVC and have referred many people to them. In all these years, I have returned one item. <br /> I have a terminally ill son for which the doctor demanded I purchase a particular mattress. After much searching, I found it on QVC and even flex pay. What a blessing. I ordered it even though it would not ship for many weeks. I heard nothing and then contacted them.All of a sudden, after all these years, I could not use flex pay on my debit card. This is the only thing I have used all these years without any problems or questions. The only option, according to them, was to pay in full. Duh. If I could have or if I had wanted to, would I have not done so originally? What a sham and what a shame. I am disgusted, disappointed, frustrated, and now, weeks later, still without the very needed mattress. <br /> No ethics. No courtesy. No concern.<br /> Anyone can get too big for their britches. KMart did. Walmart is and will. QVC will. <br /> Take care of where the money comes from and they will take care of you!! Guess what?! QVC, you aren't, so we won't.<br /> REMEMBER HSN!!!!
