Original Comment Why does it take over two weeks sometimes even more to get a prescription filled by express scripts I have been waiting over two weeks for a prescription of metformin, this is not an isolated case I have had problems with you people since you took over Medco Merc, they were a lot more efficient than express scripts. Your customer service people need to be more educated on the subject tha to just say sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. The one and only reason I use express script is my Insurance provider requires me to use express scripts mail order if I had a choice of my own express scripts would be my very last choice for medications a patient could die waiting for you people to get medication them I just thank God I am not in a life or death situation depending on your organization for life depending medication
