I have talked to at least 4 Customer Service Rep and they have transferred me and talked rude and down to me. I asked to have my telephone # changed on 8-29-14. The Customer Service Rep said she was sending it and it could take 3 to 5 business days to get it. I have called repeated and finally on 9-8-14 Customer Service Rep. told me it had not been ordered and she would send it but it would take 2 to 3 days for me to get it this was on 9-8-14. I told her I had used over 45 minutes calling them and could she replace it. She said no and transferred me to a Manager. Both the Customer Service Rep. and the Manager was rude and snappy with me. The Manager wanted to verify my information again I told her I had already done this over 4 times and she was rude. I then told her I was using another persons Tracfone and did not want to use up all her minutes once again she was rude I told her alright I will just turn this in to the BBB and said good-bye. All I wanted was to be compensated for my minutes that I used talking with them. I had already bought minutes twice, and my SMS card would have transferred me to my carrier who had been paid.
