Original Comment rented car that obviously needs some work, the front end shakes, rattles and the breaks are vibrate badly. As we will have this car for 2 weeks I called to see if we could exchange it, as I am concerned about safety. After holding for over 25 minutes twice, and then transferred 2 more times I was told there are no cars available to trade out. I advised Diane too note for the record this car has problems. We are an hour away form airport that is the pick up and drop off point. Is corporate concerned about safety of the customers? Does Corporate even see this?
