Good Evening,<br /> Hope this message will get to somebody in Human Resources <br /> who is really conscious enough about the company's values,<br /> reputation,and it's good name.<br /> The issue is: I always apply to this respected Co. in response to it's job openings through invitations by different websites, the funny thing is let's say I apply at<br /> 9 a.m. I get an answer after 2-3 hours saying thanks for <br /> you application but we choose another candidates???!!!<br /> Explain to me how a job is filled without interviewing <br /> people without talking to other applicants in order to make a decision. How would they deny an applicant 3 hours <br /> after submitting the application. So far I had this experience over 50 times documenting all the emails. Always like this. first I receive the email about the job, submit the application three hours later I get rejected. <br /> The strange thing is I even applied from management positions, to entry level to even clerical and always the same B.S. answer we have chosen somebody else. By the way, I have over 16 years of retail management experience with<br /> a bachelor degree in marketing management, <br /> Now after all these occurrences I finally came to a conclusion that A) they deny me the chance because of age<br /> and the can determine that from the year I graduated from college or simply when they ask for my date of birth B)<br /> The people at HR hire base on acquaintances or from the<br /> inner circle. There is no way for somebody to refuse an application in 3 hrs. Responsible people need to review,<br /> scan applications, interview, then they decide. <br /> At the end of the day I do question the company's values.<br /> These people who have dead conscious need to be fired because they give the co. a bad name. Hope your corporate office would start investigating what's going on before the co. loses it's credibility.<br /> Thanks for listening.
