Original Comment At&t uverse I have been a customer with them for over 42yrs and had a land line and it was not working right for along time and they kept coming out to fix it. Still did not work right so they talked me into getting the Uverse for my phone and internet.The lady named Judy put me on hold for along time and told me I could get the system installed free and would not have to pay for anything and I would still get a visa gift card. Judy told me she cleared it with her boss. Long story made short they charged me each month and I had to call and get the charges taken off. Then when I called about the card and asked about the card the girl named Dawn from marking . called me a liar and I hang up . NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BELIEVE THEY EVER GIVE CARDS AWAY.
