Original Comment I Had A Bad Experience At The Maaco In Wilmington, De Fed Id #51-0345240 I Dropped My Car Off On A Monday And Was Told That It Would Be Complete By Eob Thursday At The Latest. I Called The Location On Thursday And Was Told That Not Only Was My Car Not Ready, They Had Painted It The Wrong Color, It Was Not Detailed, And I Could Pick It Up Friday And Bring It Back At A Later Time To Have The Color Corrected. It Would Not Have Been Much Of A Big Deal, However I Borrowed My Brothers Car For The First Few Days And He Needed His Car Back, So I Had To Get A Rental Car To Get Back And Forth. The Manager Rob Was On Vacation And The Acting Mananger "chris" Was Not Professional At All He Told Me That He Would Not Be Able To Compensate Me For My Inconvenience, There Was No Resolution Provided By The Acting Manager , I Asked If They Could Restore My Headlights As A Courtesy, He Said That He Had No Problem Doing That For Me And That My Car Would Be Ready Monday Evening, When I Arrived To Pick Up My Car Is Was Bolack As I Request But The Headlights Were Not Restored. The Manager Rob Said That I Could Come Back Anytime To Have Them Done ( I Work A Full Time Job )and Going Back Up There For A Service That Would Take An Hour Out Of My Day Does Not Seem Resonable. I Am Not Satisfied At All With The Quaility Of Customer Service And Feel That I Wasted Much Of My Time And Money. I Was Also Told By Chris That I He Could Not Take Any Money Off Of The Paint Job Because I Had Already Got A Good Deal, Which Imo Has Nothing To Do When They Make A Mistake, They Messed Up And Did Nothing To Compensate Me For My Time And Rental Care Expense
