Original Comment I am in tears as I type this. I am so frustrated by my experience today with tracfone that I am ready to kill someone. <br /> <br /> I had a problem with the sim card, they were sending me a sim card but it would take three-five days and this is my business phone. I bought a new phone and called today to have the number and my 800+ minutes transferred. They transferred my number but not my minutes. When I call to ask where are my minutes, I'm told no record of me having minutes even tho three hours ago I had 800+ minutes. THEIR mistake, not mine, but I am told 'sorry, not in the system and we can't give you the minutes if they're not in the system'. So my 800+ minutes are floating around in the ether and I'm approx. 100 poorer for the experience. I don't know how these people sleep at night.
