To Whom It May Concern:<br /> I have been going to Lens Crafters for years with my children buying glasses and frames there, but have to say I will never ever go back to another one. I spent an hour in Lens crafters yesterday, and walked out thinking I would receive my glasses in one hour. I wasn't even out of the mall when they called and told me it would not be an hour it would take 10 days. It was a slip up with a new employee. I asked the woman if you had waited on me would this oversight occurred and she replied no, but the one who did wait on me was new. Am I to believe it's a roll of the dice whether you receive good service. If he was in training, someone should have been working with him to give me the service I pay for. And speaking of service I pay for, they sure knew how to take the money out of my bank quickly and now I have to wait till it gets put back, they are saying maybe a few days. They also told me I have to call my insurance company to settle the money they gave lens crafters. Please, all I wanted was new glasses. What happened to the Lens Crafters I used to know....BRING THEM BACK AND I WILL COME BACK!!
