Original Comment The customer service is horrible!! I do not know how this company is in business!! You can't get a human on the phone to sell you or assist you with service. Once they send a technician to your home they don't ensure it is working or hooked up correctly and none of the people you come in contact with in the call centers seem to be able to assist you. You are placed on hold for extended peroids of time and transferred without any answers. I have personally spent 5 hours on hold in a 2 day time frame just trying to get the service connected. Bad business if you ask me!!
