The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a pair of Polo frames and they sent lenses instead because the rep wasn't speaking to her Co worker at the same time. It's been close to 2 months and they are incompetent in the lens craters in Cedar Hill, Texas. I definitely would not do business, you think they would appreciate you as a customer after spending over $500. Their management is the worst as well since they promise to call you back multiple times and don't do it. I'm a patient person, but 2 months waiting and going up there in person is getting ridiculous, it is stressful now and they have lost a valuable customer that's for sure.
