Original Comment On September 23,2014 I had an eye exam that included having my eyes dilated and purchased Tiffany sunglasses. I tried them on later that afternoon when I went back to pick them up everything seemed to be fine. The next day when my vision was cleared, I was looking at them and seen some defects in the lenses. I live 60 miles away so the next available time for me was yesterday September 29,2014. I called before we left telling them about the defect in the lenses. They told me no problem they would fix them while we were in town. Well we got there the technician was so unprofessional, first I told him about the sunglasses and the first thing that came out of his mouth was "did you buy them here" duh yes I just got them last week. So then I asked if he wanted to see the receipt placed it very firmly on the desk. He went back to the lab area came back and wanted my phone number gave it to him and asked how long would it be for them to fix them. He quickly replied that the machine was down so they couldn't fix them while I was in town. If I known that I would not have made a special trip to Jacksonville.I was not told that when I called earlier. I think his name was Nico every time I asked him a question the look on his face was like a deer caught in the headlights... So I asked him could I take them to another location and his reply was whatever... This location is on Third St. Jacksonville, Fl. So very unhappy with the service and attitude I will never go to that location again ever!!! So I went to store located at St. Johns Town Center Jacksonville, Fl. When I walked in greeted right away told them what had happen at the previous store and they took care of me on the spot. They had corrected my sunglasses within 15 minutes. I will come to St. Johns location from now on.. Great customer service there!!! So I urge you to take a look at the location on Third St and hire new technicians there who knows exactly what they are doing and train them in proper customer service...
