Original Comment I was kicked out of a days inn hotel because my 4 kids wanted to hangout in the same room after they left the pool. The manager of the hotel sent the security guard up to check on the noise and the kids were not heard from me or the security guard in the hall way. Within 5 minutes he comes back tellingly us to get you and your bleeping kids out of the hotel. I asked for what, you said we had 20 kids at the pool that was in the room. Went to speak to the manager myself he said when we were at the pool we had 20 kids there and had a party in the room. At the time there were about 11 or 12 kids still at the pool. I told him those kids are not with us and there still at the pool. My kids were in the room. He repeated to tell me to leave out of room, 274 at which no one had even gone in that room yet to even do anything. I asked for a refund and he refused because he said I was having a party. In the mean time, a dog was in the elevator with my kids while they came down, unattended. In the lobby there was a group of 20 or so people drinking beers and having a good time. The kids that were supposed to be mine were still in the pool and leaving. I left and took pictures of both rooms one was untouched and the other me and the kids were sitting on. The tv was on mute while the biys played monopoly. The lady from next door came by, even said all I heard was yall coming down the hall way. She even got rude with the guard saying these kids were not disturbing her. No one was on the other side if us, cause it was my other room at which he said to vacate. My brother just called who has my son now this evening cause I was and us still very upset and has repeated what the manager at the first desk said, yes he said the guy told my dad to get med my friend the bleep out. He's 9 years old and I don't believe I ever heard him cuss. I didn't want to take it there but he said that they saw all black kids at the pool and thought they were all with me. They were not, all the kids were loud and playing games at the pool and the parent of one of the kids even stepped in to tell them to keep it down and she was talking to all the kids. I didnt know that woman from Adam. I have never been disrespected by a manager like that ever or Tom the security guard at the days inn on stelzer road in Columbus ohio on October 4th 2014. Nor have I ever been kicked out of a hotel, not even as a kid having a hotel party with beer at the party. But you kick kids out for being 8,9, and 10 year old kids out of a hotel. When there not doing anything but being kids. I checked in at 2 was kicked out at 7pm. I'm sorry to say but if I was dressed in my work clothes, it would never had happened. I wasn't so this how you get treated when you dress normal. I will be calling corporate on monday. I have videos of the manager and the security telling me and my kids to get the bleep out. I took pictures of both rooms on a lot of angles and the dog in the hall way unattended getting on the elevator with my boys. Pictures of the other kids still atvthe pool. Pictures of the group drinking beers in the lobb, wuth the bottles and cans. It's unfair treatment at all angles.
