I filed a claim on 9/29/2014 and still have yet to receive my replacement phone. 10 calls later even after speaking to 2 Supervisors and 1 manager, I received an empty box. This is s0 frustrating. Asurion didn't waste anytime charging my credit card for my deductible and my deposit.<br /> I never seen such incompetency! I am resorting to returning to the store I purchased the phone and letting their General Manger handle it. Wish me luck!
