I am a Safelink customer. I purchase a tracfone a few months ago. The you cannot hear on the phone. I put in a ticket in on 9/23/14. Ticket no# 1098824335. I have constantly called regarding my replacement phone. First I was told that it was being processed, then I was told that the system kicked out the order. I called again recently and they told me that they e-mailed the warehouse. I called again today, 10/17/14 and they said they will call them again. AT THIS POINT I CANNOT LEAVE A FAVORABLE COMMENT ABOUT YOUR COMPANY. Being a safelink customer you have to use your phone at least once a month or be in jeopardy of being dismissed from the program. This is my only means of communication. At this point, I will not recommend your services to anyone. I am a Drexel University professional am asked for recommendations on various phone services. Unfortunately your company will not be on of my reccommendations.
