Original Comment I called today and the lady who answered the phone with a strong accent had me repeat what I needed numerous times. I asked to speak with her supervisor. She said she could assist, but couldn't understand. When the supervisor (so she claimed) answered she put me on hold without saying so and never came back to the phone. I had to call repeatedly to get someone and when I finally got a live person, I didn't get assistance.
