Original Comment Lenovo ruined a year of my life's work. First they "scared" me into buying their premium service -$240/year - to "fix"a firewall won't turn on" 'problem'. After 3 days of remotely trying, they announced that my information is lost because my hard drive is bad. My machine was PERFECT until I let them inside!!! I had pleaded with them NOT to touch my documents and that I have an external Hard Drive if they'd only take a few minutes and help me transfer my files there. They told me "Not to worry" and then proceeded to "F up my computer" to the point that it is now useless. The Lenovo k410 that I had was beautiful, fast never a problem. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST AND NEVER, EVER LET THEM REMOTELY TAKE OVER YOUR MACHINE
