Original Comment ASURION is a monopoly, "insuring" all cellphone owners in USA no matter their supplier service... Naturally, their contracts and business tactics are solely in their corporate interests, NOT for us, their beleaguered clients who keep their premiums coming! I filed for a lost cellfone, FedX delivered it yesterday, and I found my original under the seat of my other car today! I hadn't even "activated" my replacement, so called customer service, a lengthy waiting time of course and entreaties to "Go to our website!" reaching a decent hard-working lady whose task it is to say, "No deduction refunds and a $500 fine if you don't send us your old fone!" Essentially, we can't keep our original fone, have to take their rebuilt one, and the $200 is "Our tough luck!" "They got the MINE, WE got the SHAFT!"
