Original Comment I have been dropping items off at the goodwill for years and I have always had a bad experience. I will never ever ever donate my stuff to the Ontario location again. I got into a yelling match with an employee who is very rude and then trying justify it by saying that he's really busy. They are rude, and very unappreciative at this location. Two other employees came to see what the problem is and when I explained that said was rude they could care less. Sorry your company is awful and I am never donating to you again. Here is the day I went and dropped off 11/9/2014 @ 1:30. Salvation Army here I come.
