I returned movies that I had out with redbox. Checked my account nothing reflected that I had any movies or anything still out. Later I get a charge from redbox for $92 for the rentals and a game that was left out. I found the game it had fallen down the side of my sons bed. So I called redbox to ask them why my online account didn't show that I had a rental out cause if so I would have known to look for it. I talked to one rep who told me one thing and gave me a one time offer of a $20 redund and I could keep the disk. I asked what if I returned it, I would only get $15. So I talked to her supv who told me everything totally different then what the first rep told me. Then she wouldn't even give me the $20 refund she told me the rep didn't tell me I could keep the rental and get the redund and since the call was escalated to her I couldn't get anything back, and that she never told me anything about getting $15 back. In a dispute customer service doesn't mean anything with redbox. I wasn't asking for all of the money back cause I fully understood why I was charged but because of their system not reflecting my rentals I thought everything was returned and all they could tell me was that it should have reflected the my last four rentals and I'm just stuck with a $92 charge for a game that I could've paid $60 for in-stores. I used to be a huge fan of redbox but after the poor customer service I will never rent from them again.
