Original Comment PLEASE FORWARD TO YOUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT.<br /> I am imploring you to immediately remove all dogs/puppies/cats/kittens from your pet section. It has become obvious to all that you do not and cannot moderate this category. I have filed various complaints with my OAG (FL), in which they have taken my complaint under advisement. The USOAG, in which they forwarded complaint to various other governmental agencies (one of those being your own District Attorney San Fran). I believe and at this point you are COMPLICIT to these backyard breeders, these UNQUALIFIED, UNLICENSED, AND UN TAXED, backyard breeders. An ad that ran 10/25 in Atlanta Georgia for the (highly illegal and federal offense) for owls and red tail hawks, was sent to the Georgia Natural Resources (by me) in which they did investigate to only find a scammer located in Texas. Nonetheless this ad proves that you DO NOT AND CANNOT moderate (or you just don't care). Along with your backyard breeder free forum is the occasional deviate shopping your (yes, YOUR) site for their next victim. Be it pit bull bait, something to crush, or something to vent their hatred upon. Along with the &quot;thought I wanted a puppy/kitten and now I don't and really don't care where animal ends up as long as it is not here&quot; poster with the &quot;re-homing fee which ranges from zero to thousands of dollars (against your TOU). WE (animal owners) all have access to shelters and rescues that have a higher degree of placement than &quot;a small re-homing fee&quot; so this category serves no public need nor interest and is at this time, counterproductive to animal rights. I am asking you to take the higher road on this and by your own social responsibility accept no further ads that contain the words, dog, puppies, cats, kittens or any breed of such. Surely you people have a heart and cannot disagree nor defend this misuse of your site, and YOU ARE COMPLICIT. Just as I cannot have a group of people come to my house and sell/do drugs, although &quot;I told them not to&quot;....does not work that way, legally, and guess who is going to court? (I hoped you guessed me). YOU have the opportunity to look like the &quot;good guys&quot; by taking this initiative to remove our furry friends from your site and I do hope that you take this socially responsible action and make millions of people happy while keeping millions of animals safe, while assisting us as a society to end this illegal backyard breeding. I do not intend to threaten you but I can PROMISE you that death and only death will stop me from this &quot;mission&quot;. As I started this letter, so far ALL agencies are behind this movement and I will continue my complaints. (side note, I am rather successful in my arguments, only because I only argue for RIGHT). In closing I once again ask you to do the right thing. I have already collected so much evidence proving your failure and inability to moderate I could write a book (many many backyard breeders and ads that clearly violate your TOU). PLEASE do what is in the best public interest. I thank you for your time and attention to this matter. <br /> PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO YOUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT.
