Well my husband booked a room for tonight on Monday. This morning they called to let us know we had been charged for the room even though we didn't show up. Well of course we haven't shown up. Reservation is for tonight. Once they wake up in Alabama, I hope to get this resolved. After reading complaints on here I wonder though....
