Original Comment DON'T CHOOSE SPIRIT Airlines! Hospice has just been called for a relative of mine. I immediately called Spirit to ask them to either change, credit or cancel my airplane ticket because of hospice. All I heard from them was &quot;I'm sorry, but that is our policy and that is why we have the cheapest flights in the industry.&quot; I asked them if they had a compassionate policy, they said &quot;no.&quot; I asked them if there was anything I could do, they again said &quot;no.&quot; I asked if they could change the name on the tickets so I could give the tickets to someone else, they again said &quot;no.&quot; Then, I asked about refunding my $9.00 Fare Club membership, they said &quot;no.&quot; I cannot believe how unfriendly this airline company is. <br /> <br /> If I could rate them lower, I would (as stated by previous reviews from other people) herein.<br /> <br /> I said well don't cancel my flight then as you will gain from the sale of my two seats, but I get nothing... WORST airline ever award goes to Spirit. I hope they go down in flames soon. If I can help that process, please sign me up!
