I just called customer service about my service that had been interrupted. I let them know I had mailed in a check and I would have to check with the bank as to why it had not cleared yet maybe lost in the mail? I ask that they restore my service until I researched it and they said it could not be done. I said I had been a long term customer since 2007 and that didn't matter to them. I thought for sure if I ask to speak to a manager in customer retention that they would help me with this issue. But I received the same response. As a customer service manager myself I find this very unsatisfactory and will be looking for other providers. No problem with product but if you can't get help when you need it that's an issue. I was was treated very poorly and as if my business didn't matter.
